This guitar has been refinished in Navy. Perhaps because of this, the serial number has almost disappeared. I can barely read the number 05.

・There are no unevenness or play marks on the frets, and there is over 90% of the remaining amount, which is in good condition.
・The pickup is a genuine Tokai LP-OLD mounted.
・The pegs have been replaced.
 
The SEB bodies are made from many smaller pieces of wood arranged in a cross body pattern - so the grain runs front to back. These are sandwiched between two conventionally grained pieces of wood so the vibration travels very quickly through the body and bounces off of the caps. It is really innovative and improves sustain.
 
There is a difference in the sound with SEB, it has a more honky tone, and is more sweet and vintage than the other Les Paul Special style guitars
